Grant and Sponsorship Application

Oklahoma Energy Resources Board Student Education Mission

Through the voluntary funding of the people of Oklahoma Oil and Natural Gas, the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) provides grants and sponsorships that expand access to high-quality STEM education, support innovative learning opportunities, and inspire the next generation of Oklahoma’s energy workforce.

Grant Submission Guidelines:

You will receive confirmation that your application has been received within 7–10 business days of submission.
Applicants will be notified of the funding decision (approved, partially funded, or declined) within 90 days of the confirmation of receipt.

Sponsorship Submission Guidelines:

You will receive confirmation that your request has been received within 7–10 business days of submission.
Sponsorship requests are reviewed by the Student Education Committee at its next scheduled meeting based on the submission date.
Following committee review, applicants will be notified of the funding decision as soon as possible.

Program Budget Limitations: Grant and Sponsorship awards are subject to available funding. Applicants should submit realistic, cost-effective budgets. The OERB reserves the right to fully fund, partially fund, or decline any application and may request budget revisions as needed.

If awarded, the grant would provide your school with 15 hours of Engage Learning virtual instructor-led programming (with the classroom teacher remaining in the classroom during each session), scheduled based on the teacher’s availability. The grant would also include all materials needed to host the camp, along with the additional 3D printing component. At the conclusion of the camp, the school will retain ownership of all program supplies, curriculum, and materials for future use.
